Tasting Notes
Light yellow gold in colour with silvery reflections, and a very fine mousse. On the nose, a shy bouquet, with subtle yellow tropical fruit, a hint of pastry, and floral nuances, it needs some air. The palate is juicy, elegant and mineral, with pleasant fruit expression, subtly of peach at its core, already harmonious, the finish reveals nuances of blossom honey.
