Tasting Notes
The nose of the golden wine is evolved: there is a hint of earthiness, of dried white field mushroom, very subtle, with air there is a most enticing streak of yellow grapefruit peel. The palate, however, comes across as much fresher, much younger. It conveys a sense of harmony, of total finesse, of most delicate lace – this notion is further supported by subtle, very fine mousse. This seems effortless, slender, and of a fragrant earthiness. Beautiful, subtle, totally harmonious and so delicious.
