Tasting Notes
Medium carmine garnet, ripe colour, broad ochre rim, somewhat deeper colour like the 61. A hint of dark berries and herbs, ripe plum, candied orange zest underneath. Powerful, delicately leafy, nougat sweetness on the palate, has complexity and elegance, good acidity, vivid tannins, has further certain ageing potential, comparable in style to the 2005. From the magnum. (PM, drinking +10, tasted Sept. 2025).
