Tasting Notes
Medium brick red colour, carmine reflections, broad ochre rim. Smoky and spicy, some biscuit and cassis, dark berries on the nose, delicate liquorice, attractive nose. Juicy, elegant and freshly structured, integrated tannins, has a certain complexity, mineral on the finish, lingers, a well-matured food companion that will maintain this level for some time. A versatile food companion. (PM, drinking, ageing +15, tasted Sept. 2025).
