Tasting Notes
Deep brick red colour, carmine reflections, broad ochre rim. A hint of dried fruit and some nougat, with dark berry confit in the background, hints of candied orange zest and a delicate tobacco flavour. Medium complexity, harmonious, ripe, delicate tannins, freshly structured, from a single mould, fine sweetness on the finish, gastronomic style, has charm and medium length. Versatile in use. Friendly little wine. (PM, drinking, ageing +10, tasted Sept. 2025).
