Tasting Notes
Deep garnet with purple reflections and subtle rim brightening. A bit restrained at first, floral nuances, small black berries, a touch of candied orange zest and a hint of oak. Substantial and with sweet fruit, ripe tannins, equipped, elegant, quite straightforward, fine nuances of exotic spices and chocolate in the echo, shows good freshness and yet no pronounced Cheval Blanc character. Patience is called for here, is just in an aromatic metamorphosis, has room for improvement.
More about the tastingRich ruby in colour with an impressive nose, with a fine mix of roasted notes, rich cassis and animalistic undertones. The palate is very fleshy, with spicy and mineral components, remaining very elegant from the beginning to the end. (17,09).
