Tasting Notes
Medium ruby garnet, good depth of colour with broader ripening at the rim. Delicate caramel on the nose underpinned by ripe plum fruit and pickled cherries along with hints of figs and black olives, which are even more evident on the palate; great sweetness, silky and immensely powerful with a fine honeyed touch on the finish that lingers for minutes. For certain there is further ageing potential here.
