Tasting Notes
Medium ruby garnet, broad ochre rim. Dark berries on the nose, delicate blueberries, fine exotic spices, floral nuances, delicate candied violets. Juicy on the palate, fine wild berries, crunchy tannins, good persistence, a remarkable acid structure, a fine touch of bitter chocolate, quite vital, a fine food companion, the question remains as to how long this wine will remain at this level. One should slowly start to thin out the stocks. Drink/store +10
