Tasting Notes
Graphite, violets, blackcurrant, traces of caramel, maceration tones, yeast, green tea. Carefully crafted grainy tannins, a lot of juiciness, a very unobtrusive construction, not too creamy, not too alcoholic, finely integrated acidity, all components from one cast, aromatically medium-weight, but convincing through its delicacy. A Cheval with elegance and sophistication and a tactile minerality, gains tension on the finish.
