Tasting Notes
Dark ruby in colour with an opaque core, purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, aromas of ripe black cherry, hints of plum, fig, and candied orange zest. The juicy, elegant palate has medium complexity with good freshness and a delicate salinity, appearing rather slender on the finish despite its 14% alcohol. Very accessible and drinkable, offering a rather uncomplicated drinking pleasure this versatile wine should by no means be underestimated and decanted.
