Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby in colour with an opaque core, purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. A somewhat shy bouquet on the nose, with aromas of dark berries, plum and some nougat, discreetly backed by tangerine zest. The palate is finely meshed, with ripe tannins, very mineral and saline, subtly fruity with notes of red cherry and delicate herbal spice on the medium length finish. This still seems a bit under developed and austere at the moment.
