Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in colour with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose aromas of delicate herbal spices with nuances of plum, tobacco, some nougat, and orange zest. The palate is lean, with medium complexity, notes of red berry fruit, fresh acidity, and a lemony-saline finish. Already fully developed, this is an uncomplicated food wine that should be drunk promptly, worthy of honour given the very difficult vintage.
