Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, almost black core, violet rim. Balsamic nougat and licorice notes on the nose, delicate hints of dark berries and exotic spices. Very present tannins on the palate, bitter chocolate, still demanding, dark berry fruit with juniper and sloes, mineral finish, despite its complex form a rather elegant wine with good length.
