Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.05.2011

Medium yellow-green, pale green reflections. Fresh aroma of yellow apple, herbs, straw and a hint of blossom honey. Complex on the palate, juicy fruit, mineral nuances and roasted aromas. Mild acidity, long finish. A special Chardonnay that makes you want more than one glass - worthy of a pope.
