Bright greenish yellow. Fresh aroma of hay and meadow herbs, a hint of vanilla and bitter almond. Fresh white fruit on the palate, gooseberry, again some bitter almond and light roasted aromas. Well-integrated acid structure, powerful finish. Perfect companion for salads, fish and soups.
