The white wine Blanc de Blancs, vintage 2010 from the winery Château Ksara has been rated in 2011 with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Bekaa plain in Lebanon.
Tasting Notes
Bright greenish yellow. Fresh aroma of hay and meadow herbs, a hint of vanilla and bitter almond. Fresh white fruit on the palate, gooseberry, again some bitter almond and light roasted aromas. Well-integrated acid structure, powerful finish. Perfect companion for salads, fish and soups.
