Delicate salmon color, light orange reflections. Floral and fruity nose with hints of jasmine. Still somewhat closed on the palate, medium-bodied but with pleasantly fresh acidity at the back. Long, gentle finish. Drink well chilled with fresh salads or Mediterranean starters.
