Tasting Notes
Pale greenish yellow. Fine wood spice on the nose, some flint, grapefruit peel, multi-layered yellow fruit, mineral nuances, a bouquet that promises great things. Juicy and elegant on the palate, creamy texture with fine notes of gooseberry and banana, wonderfully balanced, a texture reminiscent of a Puligny-Montrachet, racy and long-lasting, perhaps the best white wine of the year in Bordeaux.
