Tasting Notes
Pale greenish yellow. Fresh green apple on the nose, nuances of citrus fruit, mineral and smoky notes, intense Sauvignon typicity. Salty texture on the palate, juicy and yeasty-sweet, supported by a fresh structure, apple fruit, not yet fully harmonious, hides its 15.5% alcohol content quite well, will increase with bottle age, a powerhouse with complex aromas and quite a length.
