Tasting Notes
Blueberry compote and some eucalyptus, herbal notes, nougat and chocolate truffle, sage. Dense on the palate with mealy clinging tannins, rather tight acidity, medium juiciness, the phenolics component lasts a long time, homogeneous and powerful. It has a slight astringency(positive), but does not have the final freshness and radiance in the fruit. (Panel rating: 97.3).
