Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Blackberry notes with candied orange zest in the background, a hint of strawberry confit, tobacco savouriness, fine balsamic aspect in the background, some honey. Medium complexity, dark wild berry fruit, delicate tannins, appears fresh, but also somewhat more expansive and at the same time more light-footed than usual, delicate fruit sweetness on the finish, mineral touch, has already matured well and is a pleasure to drink. A clean wine and as Alfred Tesseron says. "It's not every year that nature gives us a great vintage." (Drinking, 2021 - 2035).
