On the nose, an inviting bouquet with finely nuanced cherry and plum, underpinned by sweet cassis, with subtle fine oak and tobacco nuances. The taut, complex palate has a mineral core with black wild berry fruit notes, it appears very concentrated and tight-knit, possessing an impressive freshness without any trace of opulence, with fine herbal spices and saline notes evident on the lengthy finish. Certain ageing potential.
