Deep ruby, purple rim, discreet ochre tint. Subtle hints of liquorice and blackberry compote, fine wood spiciness and a touch of nougat. Medium complexity, elegant cherry fruit, good freshness, integrated, fine-grained tannins, salty-lemon finish; accessible soon, has ageing potential.
