Brilliant dark ruby purple colour. Intense and clear nose, aromas of dark currants, tobacco and undergrowth, subtle earthy notes in the background. Blossoms beautifully on the palate, showing a lot of plump, vivid fruit at the start, then opens up with dense tannins, firm drive on the finish?
