Fine aroma with candied citrus fruits, candied orange peel and candied lemon peel, then slate savouriness, matchstick, sweet mint, animating. On the palate with a beautiful texture, very supple, delicate acidity, finely balanced sweetness, stewed peaches, mango juice, mineral savouriness, good length.
