Lime blossom, lime zest, white tea and star fruit dominate the bouquet. There is also cantaloupe melon and acacia honey. On the palate, the residual sweetness gives a round and pleasing mouthfeel. Smoothness and juicy acidity dominate, while the minerality stays in the background.
