Restrained floral fragrance. White flowers, jasmine, verbena and lemon lemon balm. Fine flint. Slate-spicy. Lively acidity on the palate combined with unobtrusive residual sweetness. Taut and juicy. Noticeably phenolic. Characterised by the typical mineral slate character.
