Tasting Notes
A slate greeting on the nose: savoury, smoky, pithy, accompanied by green kiwi fruit, fresh green grass, star fruit and a little thyme. On the palate, the wine immediately builds up tension, the acidity is stable, the minerality pithy, citric flavours take over, full-bodied and dense.
