Tasting Notes
Deep dark, rich ruby. Intense, fleshy nose, showing notes of lilac, lots of ripe blackberry and elderberry, subtle spice components in the background. On the palate impressive play between ripe, vivid fruit and rich, spicy notes, there is the elderberry in a bed of cardamom and cloves, fine-meshed, dense tannin, sweet texture, a firework.
