This crémant has a strong, light yellow colour and a persistent effervescence. The bouquet is of medium intensity with aromas of quince, Boskop apple, beeswax and apple leaf with undertones of yeasty notes, reminiscent of brioche and buttered toast. Pithy acidity, a grippy mousse, tart, fruity aromas and the absence of dosage give this sparkling wine an impressive tension.
