Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, aromas of fine dark berry fruit, subtle hints of blackberry and liquorice and a pleasant balsamic tobacco note. The elegant palate is juicy and very well balanced, with fine, supporting tannins, that linger, and a pleasant nougat note on the finish. Sure potential for further ageing.
