Tasting Notes
Initially floral on the nose, some rose, tangerine zest, yeast, then quickly emerging mineral notes. Medium-bodied, silky and even a hint of mellowness, but also a taut acidity, and a fairly straightforward structure with a juicy finish. It is very gastronomic, focussed and subtle.
