Tasting Notes
Subtle boisée, some caramel, concentrated Amarena cherry and ethereal herbal notes, red Kampot pepper. The palate begins oily, soft and pronounced in fruit, then a fine-grained, dense but always fine tannin takes hold, ripe acidity, effortlessly countered alcohol, the predominant impression is that of a completely round structure densely filled with high-quality extract. Good tactile minerality.
