Rich and complex on the nose: with herbal spices, yeast, some esters, but also floral notes, and candied fruit. The structure on the palate is supported by a slight sweetness and silkiness, the palate seems to have been cast from a single mould, completely round and self-contained, medium-bodied in alcohol, ripe in acidity, with a grapey finish.
