Clear, pale straw yellow with a slight silver tint. Shows fine, fresh fruit on the nose, ripe apple, delicate fumé notes, some apricot, mineral in the background. Fresh and crisp on the palate, shows very good tension, crystalline, characterised by juicy acidity on the finish.
