The sparkling wine Zero 140 Giove Alta Langa Riserva DOCG Pas Dosé, vintage 2012 from the winery Enrico Serafino has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Nero, Chardonnay from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant light gold with a delicate mousse. A subtle fragrance on the nose, with fine roasted aromas, paired with subtle hints of peach confit, milk chocolate, wet stone and sea salt. Delicate mousse on the palate, which is tightly woven, taut, clear and with a salty attack and finish. Very pure, with a grippy aftertaste.
