Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Nose of cold butter, fine roasted aromas, toast, some hazelnut, needs some time in the glass, then blood orange and red currants. Great tension on the palate, with a pleasantly dosed core and well-integrated mousse, precise, definite persistence, very long, great effervescence!
