The spumante Zero »140 dedicated to Planet Earth« Alta Langa Riserva DOC Zero Dosage, vintage 2007 from the winery Enrico Serafino has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points.
Rich bright lemon yellow with silver glints. Opens generously with nuances of buttered toast and vanilla cream, plus ripe exotic fruit, some banana and slight smoke. Delicate mousse glides over the tongue, juicy fresh with good energy, has finesse and fine texture, dense on the finish with beautiful crispness, endless finish.
