This Crémant flows into the glass with an appetising pale pink colour. The fragrance is fruity with aromas of raspberry, pomegranate, rhubarb, ruddy apples and fresh yeast. The mousse is grippy. Moderate in acidity and dosed in the upper brut range, the intense fruit is evident on the palate. It is a balanced and accessible rosé that appeals to a wide audience.
