Tasting Notes
Cream coloured. A fine, berryish Burgundy aroma dominates the nose, apple peel tea, yeast. The palate radiates a fresh tension, the mousse is dynamic in the right measure and blends seamlessly into the mineral-toned structure. Wonderfully drinkable.
More about the tastingDelicate, light salmon pink with a fine mousse. Complex on the nose with aromas of sour cherry, rosehip, pomegranate, hibiscus, candied orange peel, sage, toast, nougat and biscuit. Pleasantly dry on the palate with crisp, fresh acidity, fine grip and subtle dosage. Fruity and tart flavour, invigorating and vinous on the palate, without sweetness. A great crémant - both on its own and as a food wine.
