A pale golden yellow colour. Wonderful autolysis notes, baked apple, brioche, red berries. "Très Pinot" on the palate: with a lively acidity, a layer of grippy phenolics and a mousse with a pronounced freshness full of finesse. Bone-dry and well cut!
