Salmon pink in the glass, with lots of savouriness on the nose, fresh bread crumb, apple skin, rosehip skin, wild berries, rhubarb. Straightforward and slender on the palate, with citric and vivid acidity to the fresh fruit and creamy base, juicy and refreshing drinking flow.
