Strong straw-yellow in colour and finely sparkling. The bouquet reveals delicate mature notes with aromas of Boskop apple, dates, dried fruit, roasted hazelnuts, cinnamon bark and toast. On the palate, there is a crisp mousse and moderately fresh acidity, balanced by a subtle dosage. It is a crémant with a strong, vinous character and a long finish.
