Tasting Notes
Lovely earthy notes of wet clay blend in with lifted, bright, tart notes of cherry. More air adds a floral touch. The palate has firm tannins, still proper crunch, and a luminous, bright and vivid acidity. Hints of tart Morello cherry, autumnal oak leaf and woodland lichen shimmer alongside some peppery spice. Wonderfully elegant in its shape and poise. A wonderfully aromatic finish.
