Tasting Notes
On the nose a spicy bouquet of ripe, spicy cherry, some blackberry, plus smoke and a spicy background. The palate has lively acidity and fine, grippy tannins, a Lemberger with good tension, notable sour cherry, also some tobacco notes. Finely mature, well-structured with a fine fruity finish, predestined to be a food wine.
