Clear and animating aromas of elderberry, black cherry and sloe with underlying herbal savouriness. On the palate grippy tannins and restrained acidity, red fruits dominate with some cooked notes and vivid strawberry, medium bodied. A good food companion which is absolutely ready to drink.
