The red wine Saint Joseph AOC Lieu-dit-Bonneveau, vintage 2016 from the winery Ferraton Père & Fils has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Côtes du Rhône in France.
Smoky new oak and behind it warm open cherry fruit, herbal spice and pepper. A soft base, mellow, dense tannins, it has a still compact but not austere construction with hints of generosity to come. It is a wine with rich content and balance.
