Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

A delicate bouquet in first development: red and black berries, cranberry, elderberry, malt and iron, spicy "electric", but also floral notes, mint, milk chocolate. The wine starts creamy on the palate, then develops a mellow, almost flattering grain of tannin, the fine acidity is well integrated, the controlled fullness leads into a finish of good length. Already approaching its best point of maturity.
