The fragrance is flinty, with bitter chocolate, herbs and caramel. The palate is silky with powerful drive, but everything is finely resolved, with strong alcohol and gentle acidity, less mineral on the palate than on the nose. It finishes round and harmonious and seems all in all rather well-behaved.
