Viura, Malvasia. Open, fruit-driven aroma: tangerine, passion fruit, vineyard peach, some sponge cake and licorice. Viscous palate, relaxed and not broad despite the rather restrained acidity, silky, melted phenols support the body and emphasize the finish spice. Aged to complexity and very suitable for culinary use (chicken, veal, lobster).
