Clear light amber colour. Multi-layered and complex nose, of salted almonds, fresh figs and fresh dates, some leather in the background. Very multi-layered on the palate, fine notes of roasted almonds, salty, completely dry, builds up powerfully at the back, very long finish. Unique! Shows why Marsala was once famous.
